Adult mental health emergencies

Single Point of Entry is your initial contact with mental health services in Canterbury. It streamlines the way people are referred for community mental health services they need. They are your first point of contact for emergencies and non-emergencies.

Child and youth mental health emergencies

The Child, Adolescent, and Family (CAF) emergency team manages emergency presentations for children and adolescents aged 0 to 17 inclusive.
