- Part 1, evidence for change, explains the workforce challenges facing the breast screening programme and why change is needed.
- Part 2, action plan, sets out practical steps to address these issues.
Together, they focus on building a sustainable and diverse workforce by improving recruitment and retention, creating clearer career pathways, supporting workforce diversity, planning for future workforce needs, and strengthening governance and systems that enable workforce development.
